Moulding
For more than 30 years, we have been manufacturing technical plastic products based on costumer orders and specifications. We process materials such as: ABS, PP, PA, TPE, PBT, POM, SAN, PMMA, PSU, PC and PE.
We also process a wide range of products such as:
- Products for the industry of small domestic appliances and household appliances
- Prosucts for the furniture industry
- Products of mass consumption
- Products for the environmental industry
- Products for the electrical industry
To make sure the processes are as automated and precise as possible, plastic moulding is carried out on the new Krauss Maffei CNC machines, whereby the processes have been optimized by using the Sepro Success and Wittmann robots as well as robotic belts and separators
Materials we process
Assembly
The semi-finished moulded products are assembled in the assembly line where we make sure, by the use of modern technology, that the products assembly process is 100% under control.
We assemble the in-house moulded products, or provide assembly of products as an independent service in line with orders placed by customers.
